Meet Mele our Founder

 

My name is Mele Levaka, and I am the founder of Imani Health Network. My passion for serving others stems from a lifelong commitment to helping individuals, families, and communities achieve their highest level of health and wellness.

Throughout my personal and professional journey, I have witnessed the profound impact that compassionate care, genuine connection, and holistic support can have on a person’s life. I believe that true healing extends far beyond treating symptoms—it involves nurturing the whole person: mind, body, spirit, relationships, and environment.

As a healthcare professional, advocate, and community servant, I have dedicated my career to empowering others through education, support, wellness initiatives, and meaningful relationships. My mission is to meet people where they are, walk alongside them through life’s challenges, and help them discover hope, healing, and wholeness.

At Imani Health Network, we embrace the Eight Dimensions of Wellness, recognizing that overall well-being is multidimensional and interconnected:

Emotional Wellness – understanding and managing emotions while building resilience.
Physical Wellness – caring for the body through healthy habits, movement, nutrition, and preventive care.
Social Wellness – cultivating positive, supportive relationships and meaningful connections.
Spiritual Wellness – finding purpose, values, faith, and inner peace.
Intellectual Wellness – pursuing lifelong learning, creativity, and personal growth.
Occupational Wellness – finding fulfillment, balance, and purpose through work and service.
